Some students may block theire memmory card accidently while they are trying to change theire password. Most of my friends asked me to unlock theire memmory card. I searched every where for the solution.I found many of the answers.Better of them is to format memmory card,if it contains important data then follow the given steps(..)
Follow these steps and try it.

2. push it in pc explore it copy yor data in pc now open my computer manage(by right click on my com.) open disk management & format yor memory card
3. just download a software called easus card unlocker by searching from google install it then run the software it will definately unlock your software
4. -Insert card into your phone but don’t access it through phone. 2--Run FExplorer and Open the path C:system. 3--You will find a file called mmcstore ,rename the file mmcstore.txt 4--Copy that file(mmcstore.txt) to your pc and open that file in notepad. 5--You will find your password in that file.
5. To unlock ur password protected memory card u must put ur micro sd card in any symbian s60 phone and fomat that card,by formatting the card ur passworld will also unlock
